{"id":780,"date":"2021-04-08T15:15:16","date_gmt":"2021-04-08T13:15:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/residence-du-capricorne.fr\/?p=780"},"modified":"2021-04-08T17:33:02","modified_gmt":"2021-04-08T15:33:02","slug":"diagnostic-canalisations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/residence-du-capricorne.fr\/index.php\/2021\/04\/08\/diagnostic-canalisations\/","title":{"rendered":"Diagnostic canalisations"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Valid\u00e9 par l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de d\u00e9cembre 2020, le diagnostic des r\u00e9seaux d\u2019eaux pluviales et d\u2019eaux us\u00e9es (EP et EU) internes \u00e0 d\u00e9but\u00e9.<br><br>Pour rappel, celui-ci consiste en l\u2019analyse de la situation existante (relev\u00e9 topographique, ajustement des plans\u2026), la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une \u00e9tude d\u00e9taill\u00e9e des r\u00e9seaux (inspection vid\u00e9o des canalisations horizontales, relev\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux, dimensions\u2026) et la remise d\u2019un rapport pr\u00e9vue fin juin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9quipes de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Immeau ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 le 8 avril 2021 la 2e phase de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, \u00e0 savoir l&rsquo;inspection vid\u00e9o des canalisations horizontales, le relev\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux, dimensions des organes\u2026 Comme pr\u00e9vu, celle-ci a commenc\u00e9 au point le plus haut du r\u00e9seau, soit au niveau de la rue Jean Moulin. Elle a continu\u00e9 ensuite par la rue du Capricorne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9quipes interviendront c\u00f4t\u00e9 Fresnes dans quelques jours\/semaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
