Le<br>d\u00e9confinement act\u00e9, le conseil syndical a effectu\u00e9 plusieurs entretiens et<br>valid\u00e9 des travaux de r\u00e9novation de l\u2019appartement d\u00e9di\u00e9.<br><strong>Monsieur Carlos Dias et Madame Liliana Novo ont emm\u00e9nag\u00e9 le lundi<br>17 ao\u00fbt et ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 leurs missions de gardien et d\u2019employ\u00e9e d\u2019immeuble.<\/strong><br>Le conseil syndical remercie les r\u00e9sidents pour l\u2019accueil qui leur est r\u00e9serv\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>F\u00eate des voisins &#8211; Annulation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En raison de la d\u00e9gradation de la situation sanitaire, le conseil syndical est<br>contraint de renoncer \u00e0 organiser la F\u00eate des Voisins 2020, qui situ\u00e9e au 76\/78 boulevard<br>Pasteur, les travaux de remplacement du tron\u00e7on d\u00e9grad\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9<br>le 7 juillet par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 complet des canalisations<br>horizontales, situ\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur des b\u00e2timents.<br>Le rapport de cette op\u00e9ration, incluse au contrat d\u2019entretien, indique la<br>pr\u00e9sence de nombreuses graisses. Le conseil syndical rappelle que les<br>graisses de cuisine ne doivent en aucun cas \u00eatre jet\u00e9es dans les<br>canalisations.
