Les travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrompus en raison de la crise sanitaire et ont repris le 11 mai. La mise en eau a eu lieu le lundi 18 mai et la fourniture d&rsquo;eau chaude sanitaire fonctionne d\u00e9sormais avec ces nouveaux \u00e9quipements. La r\u00e9ception des travaux sera valid\u00e9e par <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.energieetservice.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\">Energie et Service<\/a>, notre assistant ma\u00eetre d&rsquo;ouvrage sur la partie chaufferie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Infiltrations d&rsquo;eau<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le conseil syndical souhaite savoir si <strong>des r\u00e9sidents logeant au 4e \u00e9tage constatent des infiltrations d&rsquo;eau lors d&rsquo;averses importantes.<\/strong> Merci de vous rapprocher du conseil syndical afin de vous faire conna\u00eetre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ventilation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A la demande des copropri\u00e9taires, le conseil syndical a propos\u00e9 en d\u00e9cembre 2018 l&rsquo;installation d&rsquo;une ventilation m\u00e9canique hybride afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la ventilation des appartements. Lors de cette r\u00e9union, les copropri\u00e9taires ont pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 op\u00e9rer en premier lieu \u00e0 un ramonage des conduits de ventilation naturelle.
